The Promise
No fine-print games — that’s the whole promise. What’s covered, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim are all right below.
What’s Covered
- Carpet that wrinkles, ripples, or loosens because it wasn’t stretched right
- Seams that separate because of how they were installed
- Transitions and trim we installed that fail because of workmanship
- The same workmanship standard on hard-surface installs — gaps, lippage from install error, or pieces that come loose because of how they were put down
A note on re-stretching: it’s free for the first two years, no questions asked — and covered for the life of the floor whenever the original installation was improper, no matter when an inspection finds it. The only time re-stretching is a paid maintenance service is when the install was done right and the carpet has simply relaxed with age and use.
How Long It Lasts
The warranty lasts for the serviceable life of the floor we installed. It covers the original purchaser, at the original address where we installed it. It isn’t transferable if the home is sold.
Payment & Good Standing
Your coverage starts once your installation is paid for — either paid in full, or funded through approved financing. If a payment is reversed or disputed, or the account falls behind, warranty service pauses while that’s sorted out — it isn’t cancelled. Once the account is back in good standing, your coverage picks right back up, in full.
Climate & Care
Floors respond to the home they’re in. Your coverage assumes the home is kept within the temperature and humidity ranges the manufacturer specifies for your floor, and that the floor is cared for the way the manufacturer directs. When a failure is caused by conditions outside those specs — sustained heat, cold, or humidity extremes, the wrong cleaning products or methods, or plain neglect — that’s not an installation defect, and it isn’t covered as warranty labor. What matters is whether the condition caused the failure. We’re not asking you to keep a file of cleaning receipts, and no single hot or cold snap wipes out your coverage.
What’s Not Covered
- The flooring product itself — that’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll help you with that claim
- Normal wear and tear
- Water, moisture, or flood damage
- Pet damage
- Damage from furniture, or from moving furniture
- Subfloor problems that develop after installation
- Any floor that has been altered or repaired by someone else
Installed Right, To Standard
Every install is done to manufacturer and industry standards. Carpet is power-stretched — not just kicked in — so it stays smooth and tight. That’s how we can stand behind the labor for life.
How to Make a Claim
Call (405) 353-9332 or stop by the store at 2547 NW 10th St, Oklahoma City, with your invoice. We’ll schedule an inspection, and if it’s our workmanship, we’ll make the labor right — free.
The Fine Print
This warranty belongs to the original purchaser, for the floor we installed, at the address where we installed it — and it doesn’t transfer if the home is sold. “Lifetime” means the serviceable life of that floor. This page states our complete installation warranty; the flooring products themselves are covered separately by their manufacturers’ warranties. When our workmanship fails, our obligation is to repair or re-install the affected area — that’s the full extent of our responsibility under this warranty. These terms apply to installations completed on or after October 17, 2026; earlier installations are covered by the terms in effect when they were completed.
